The Masonic Broom and Gavel is here again and better than ever. John Albro is
hosting this great event at the Mayflower Curling Club in Halifax.
The number of teams for the 2025 Broom & Gavel is limited to 24, so gather your brothers and friends and register now.
All teams must include at least three members who are Masons. We are allowing every team to include one man who is not a Mason or who may be looking at becoming a Mason. This event is a perfect time to introduce a friend to Masonry.
Curling games will be scheduled all day Saturday. Friday night will be a meet and
greet at Ship Victory Bar and Grill located just down the road from the Comfort
Inn where we recommend out of town guests stay. The bar will be open to serve
food and drinks. No food service will be available from the curling club during the day. Several eating establishments are available within walking distance of the Mayflower Curling Club. The organizers are looking to secure rooms at the local hotel for a discounted rate.
